1. Who we are
Remotless is provided by TKOCY LTD, Panagias Evaggelistrias 89B, 4156 Limassol, Cyprus, company number HE399700 ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: info@remotless.com.
When a company uses Remotless to support its own customers or manage its own computers, that company decides why and how those computers are accessed. For data about those sessions, we act on the company's behalf (as a processor) and the company is responsible towards the people it supports.
2. What we do not see
Remote sessions are end-to-end encrypted between the two computers. We cannot see screens, keystrokes, files or chat messages exchanged during a session, and we do not record them.
3. What we collect

The person being helped does not need an account. Their computer's Remotless ID and IP address are used to make the connection and may appear in the helping company's session history.
4. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you (account and service), for our legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse, improving the service), to comply with legal obligations (for example, invoicing records), and with your consent where we ask for it.
5. Who else handles data
We use these service providers, under data-processing terms:

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
6. How long we keep data
- Session history: as long as your plan allows (30 days to 2 years), then deleted automatically.
- Account and company data: while your account exists. Ask us and we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep part of it (for example, invoices).
- Backups: up to 60 days.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to answer and follow up.
7. Security
End-to-end encrypted sessions, encrypted connections to our servers, two-step login, hashed passwords, encrypted backups stored in the EU, restricted staff access with a full audit log, and automatic security updates on our servers.
8. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. The Remotless dashboard stores your login in your browser's local storage only to keep you logged in.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Write to info@remotless.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
10. Changes
We will post updates here and tell account owners by e-mail about important changes.
