Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and TKOCY LTD, Panagias Evaggelistrias 89B, 4156 Limassol, Cyprus, company number HE399700 ("we"). By creating an account or using Remotless you accept them. If you use Remotless for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The service
Remotless lets you view and control computers remotely, transfer files and chat, through our app, servers and web dashboard. Features depend on your plan.
3. Permission is required: acceptable use
You may only connect to a computer when its owner or user has given you permission. You must not use Remotless to:
- access computers without permission, or trick anyone into allowing access (for example, fake support calls or scams);
- spy on people, steal data or money, or spread malware;
- break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- overload, probe or attack our servers, or get around limits or security.
We may suspend or close accounts and end live sessions immediately if we believe these rules are broken, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
4. Your account
Keep your login details and two-step login secure, and tell us at once about any misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you add to it. Companies may need to be verified before adding computers for unattended access.
5. Trial, plans and payment
New accounts start with a free trial. After it, a paid plan is needed to keep using the service. Prices are shown on our website, exclude VAT, and are charged in advance for each billing period. You can cancel at any time; the plan then runs until the end of the period already paid. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Availability
We work to keep Remotless available and show its live status at app.remotless.com/status, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and events outside our control can cause interruptions.
7. Data and privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Sessions are end-to-end encrypted; we do not see their content. Where you use Remotless to support others, you are responsible for informing them and having a legal basis to do so.
8. The app and open source
The Remotless app is based on the open-source RustDesk project and is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. Its source code is available at github.com/alaskasproductions/remotless-client. The Remotless name, logo, servers and dashboard are ours.
9. Liability
Remotless is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Limassol, Cyprus have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
