Invite your team

Add technicians to your company so they can see your PCs and help customers, each with their own login.

Everyone in your team gets their own login, so the session history always shows who did what.

Invite someone

  1. Log in at app.remotless.com and open Team.
  2. Click Invite, enter their e-mail address and choose a role.
  3. They get an e-mail with a link to join.

Roles

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything, including billing and removing the company
AdminManage people, PCs and settings
TechnicianConnect and help; sees the company's PCs

Remove someone

Open Team, find the person and remove them. Their logins end at once.
