PC insights: patterns across your PCs

See which PCs go offline at the same time each week, drop offline often, or had connection attempts nobody accepted, with an AI summary and a weekly e-mail.

PC insights look for patterns across your company's Remotless PCs, so you see problems before someone calls you about them. Alerts tell you that a PC is offline right now. Insights tell you that it goes offline every Monday morning.

Where to find them

Open your dashboard and scroll to PC insights. Warnings (orange dot) come first, then information (grey dot). Each finding has a tip on what to do.

The box appears once at least one PC is linked to your company: install Remotless on it and log in with your company account in the app.

What we look for

Finding	What it usually means
Goes offline most Mondays around 09:00 (the same weekday and hour in 3 of the last 4 weeks)	A scheduled restart or shutdown, Windows Update active hours, or power and sleep settings.
Goes offline almost every day around 18:00 (on 5 of the last 7 days)	Switched off or asleep after work. Fine, unless you need it at night: then set it never to sleep, or wake it with Wake-on-LAN.
Dropped offline 9 times in the last 7 days	A weak Wi-Fi signal, a loose cable, or sleep settings. A cable usually fixes it.
Connection attempts that were not accepted (3 or more in 7 days)	Someone tried to connect and was not let in. If it wasn't your team, give the PC a strong password and turn on "Tell us when someone connects" in its alerts.
Runs an older Remotless version	Open Remotless on it and accept the update.
Not online for more than 7 days	Remove it from your list if it is no longer used.

Times are shown in your own time zone, the one your browser uses. Short drop-outs under 10 minutes don't count towards the weekly and daily patterns.

✨ AI summary

Click ✨ AI summary and the AI writes a short note: the most important issue first, then what to do. It only uses the findings in the list and never sends anything about your PCs' screens or files. It counts towards your company's monthly AI limit.

Weekly e-mail

Owners and admins can tick E-mail a weekly summary to our alert contacts (Mondays). Every Monday morning your alert contacts get the findings and the AI summary. Weeks with nothing unusual send no e-mail.
